Find your AI companion in 5 questions

Hundreds of AI companion platforms exist — girlfriend and boyfriend apps, roleplay and character platforms, voice companions, wellness chatbots and more. This finder narrows them down to the handful that actually fit what you want: your comfort level with adult content, the kind of companion you're after, the device you'll use, the features you can't live without, and your budget.

Results are ranked by our evidence-based privacy trust score, then by community ratings — never by who pays us. Everything runs in your browser; your answers are not stored.

Step 1 of 5

What content level are you comfortable with?

How matching works

Every listing in the directory carries a structured capability matrix — voice, image generation, memory, character creation and more — where each entry is verified, absent, or explicitly unknown. When you mark a feature as a must-have, only verified support counts; we never assume a platform can do something its own pages don't confirm. The same three-state discipline applies to free tiers and NSFW policies, so a match here means the evidence supports it.

Frequently asked questions

How does the companion finder pick matches?
It filters the full directory by your answers — content level, companion type, platform, must-have features and budget — then ranks the survivors by privacy trust score first and community star rating second. There is no AI guessing involved: only facts we have verified from each platform's own pages count as a match.
Are quiz results influenced by sponsorships or affiliate deals?
No. Sponsored placement only affects clearly labeled slots on ranking pages, never the quiz. Quiz results are ordered purely by evidence-based trust score and community ratings. See our advertising disclosure for the full policy.
Do you store my quiz answers?
No. The quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to our servers — the browser downloads a compact index of listings once and does all filtering locally.
Why doesn't a platform I expected show up?
Must-have features are strict: a platform only matches when we have verified it actually offers that capability. Platforms whose support is unverified are excluded rather than guessed at, and the same goes for the free-tier requirement. Loosening those filters usually brings more results back.
What does the /10 trust score next to results mean?
It is a deterministic privacy score computed from facts extracted from each platform's own policy documents — training on chats, data selling, deletion rights, 2FA and more. It is never an AI opinion. The full rubric is on our trust methodology page.
